If you are between Virtual Assistants, you can still get help with individual
tasks and projects.
The core business of a Virtual Assistant is providing one-on-one, ongoing
administrative support to clients they work with in long-term, continuous
relationship. We always encourage clients to go that route because it's
where you are going to reap the most rewards in terms of value, continuity
and cost-effectiveness. However, if you have not yet found your right
Virtual Assistant or you are between Virtual Assistants, but still have
occasional tasks and projects you'd like completed, we can help you out!
Here's what you need to know:
- Quickie Gigs™ is just for quick, one-time (not ongoing)
tasks/projects.
- If you have more than one task or project, submit the form
for each separately.
- This service is strictly for simple, straight-forward,
one-off administrative tasks and projects that can be completed within
72 hours with no fuss, no muss.
- If you need rush or overnight service, expect to be charged
a higher rate or additional fee (this is determined on a case-by-case
basis).
- We'll provide you with a flat-fee quote and a contract
to sign and return with payment. The contract will cover the terms of
any future submissions for one year so you won't have to complete a
new one every time you submit a project.
- Fee is due upfront and in full before any work will begin.
- We reserve the right to decline any task or project that
is overly complicated, outside the scope of a Virtual Assistant's expertise
or is otherwise not a good fit.
- This is not a bidding site. This is a professional service
performed by skilled adminstrative experts who are running businesses.
Quotes are based on professional level fees. If you are only looking
for cheap labor at $10-15 an hour (or some similarly unrealistic expectation),
this is not the service for you.
